Brainsmart.at uses a combination of the postal service and DHL Express for ensuring safe and efficient delivery of your order. Method of dispatch is of your choosing, but rest assured, you will be given full tracking information upon completion of your order so you can see its every step from our Brainsmart.at warehouse in Dublin, Ireland, to your front door. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (or Monday, if ordered on weekends). Please allow between 1 - 6 working days for postal delivery during normal times, however, times may take longer during Covid19 restrictions. DHL Express times are between 2 - 6 days, anywhere in Europe.

As customs and importation procedures vary greatly from country to country, we would recommend that you familiarise yourself with your local arrangements. Brainsmart.at will not be held liable for payment of any customs, duties and excise charges. Returned items due to the above, or lack of complete address or answer at the door, will be refunded (minus cost of original shipping) once we receive items in original state and within 40 days of initial sending.
